The op solo we got with Amazon Fury three. it may not be a lot of other's favorite but I pick Seeing Shades Again. Makes it THE BEST for ability to help advance CR. challenging as a new player and loved that reward menu that allowed us to pick which unattuned piece of gear we wanted. Was refreshing to have a solo that went through the open world and inside certain areas too.īest solo. 1 of the best boss fights in any alert in this game.ĭuo: Flash museum because it was nice to have a duo with some difficulty and the environment was great. Especially loved the catwoman/batman fight with the missiles dropping. But i loved the alternate timeline story in FR. If we fought trigon at the end it would be #1 for me. Teamwork was required and thats how raids should be.Īlert: Family reunion with TP as a close 2nd. And finally the many different artifacts at last boss and the shields mechanic that imo is/was 1 of the best mechanics ever in this game. Next the group was forced to split for the 2 mechs. U could go left or right then and face 2 different bosses with different mechanics and down the road when the raid wasnt as tough u could split the group if u chose for those 2 bosses.Then the big bot boss with the waves or smaller bots and the ones that explode. 4 bosses at the start that was part of the mechanic for other bosses u fought later. Raid: Nexus but dox and thrones are a very close 2nd. (The Chasm, Olympus and GOT are nice visually too) Honourable mentions to Nexus of Reality (especially last boss), Halls of Hades, Throne of the Dead, Darkseid's War Factory, and GOM Elite. It was like having several raids in one, with a variety of choices and challenges.
This was a raid for the ages, and through many 3 hour runs of beating bosses, slowly gearing, and eventually getting that EO feat, this was the raid to beat all raids in this game. So many layers of difficulty, different rewards for different combinations, and feats to grind for from this one raid. Honourable mentions to Oan Sciencells, Coast City, Phantom Zone, Zamaron Conversion Chamber, Family Reunion (villain) and Brothers in Arms.īest Raid: Paradox Wave. Kinda wish it had more going for it though like an exclusive style set with feat, I suppose catalysts for artefact is something. But love the OST, the design (all of it, but my personal favourite areas are the earlier half of the alert), and the cool weapon style drops from last boss. I think it was misadvertised at the time of release so people's expectations of this were higher. Honourable mentions to Flash Museum Burglary, the other two SOT duos, and Flashback.īest Alert: Trigon's Prison. Love the design of the Envy Demons, the instance, the OST, and last boss can be a challenge at tier with the hard hitting Prize. (pun intended) Honourable mentions to the OC Iconic Solos, especially pre-nerf.īest Duo: A few could contend for this but I'd say Knightsdome Arena. A fun solo that stands out from the others with its light-heartness and nightclub chill. Oblivion Bar is nice to visit and an underrated instance as a whole, maybe hence the PVP map and now Oblivion Bar as the event for artefact hunting.īest Solo: Iceberg Lounge.
